Plan pricing and billing cycle

  • Pro plan: ₹599 per month.
  • Business plan: ₹1,299 per month.
  • Billing cycle is user-specific: each paid cycle renews on your own start/renewal date (not a fixed calendar day for all users).
  • Automatic recurring debit is not used right now; each cycle invoice is paid manually from Billing.

Trials

Trial eligibility and duration are controlled by Climbrk billing rules. Trial starts with no upfront charge.

At trial end, the first paid invoice opens with a 3-day payment window.

Only one shared trial window is allowed per account. Switching Pro/Business during trial does not reset the trial end date (max 7 days total per account).

Invoices and due window

An invoice is generated for each cycle and shown in Billing. Payment is due within 3 days from invoice open date.

If unpaid after the due window, paid access may pause and the account can move to the free plan until payment is completed.

Cancellation and plan changes

  • You can cancel from billing settings.
  • After cancellation, access remains until the current paid period end.
  • For plan switches, current-plan cancellation may be required before moving to another plan.

Refunds

Payments already captured for a billing cycle are generally non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly approved by Climbrk support.

If duplicate or erroneous billing is confirmed, eligible corrective refunds are processed to the original method.

Failed, pending, and disputed payments

If a checkout fails or remains pending at the payment gateway/bank layer, invoice status is updated once final confirmation is received.

For payment disputes, contact [email protected] with transaction and account details.
